If you continue to browse and use this website you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy governs Foresters Hills relationship with you in relation to this website.

The term FORESTERS or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website. The use of this website is subject to the following terms of use:

Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Cancellation Policy for upcoming occasion or Special event days 

  • Pre-paid reservations for special occasions or days like Valentines Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s day & Christmas Day are not refundable. You will receive a voucher to use at your earliest convenience, should you cancel 30 days in advance. Cancellations after this time will result in you forfeiting the booking.

  • Voucher cannot be redeemed for any other Special Event day as mentioned above.

  • In the case of a pandemic such as COVID-19 where the Venue booking cannot go ahead on that date due to Government Restrictions, then we will assist with postponement to a new date subject to availability. A voucher will be issued and a new date booked for voucher redemption.

  • In the case of a pandemic such as COVID-19 where the Venue booking is influenced by Government Restrictions like a ban on alcohol served in Venues, but the booking can still go ahead, no refund will be made and booking will continue on date booked.

Cancellation Policy 

BOOKINGS 

  • 50% Deposit payment is required within 48hrs of making the booking. In event of non-payment, Foresters reserves the right to cancel your booking without any notice

  • Full payment must be done 21 days before event date.

  • Your booking will only be confirmed on receipt of full payment

  • Any short notice bookings will require full payment so that we can process the full cancellation fee

  • Bookings must be made in advance to ensure that you avoid disappointment

  • All bookings\facilities\times are subject to availability

  • No cash refunds for products\vouchers purchased or services rendered

POSTPONEMENT AND CANCELLATIONS

  • Please note that you should you arrive late, even with prior notification, your booking time will be affected due to the scheduling allowances

  • Non arrivals will result in 100% forfeiting of your booking

  • Rescheduling 7 days or less will be seen as a cancellation and 100% cancellation fee will apply

  • Foresters has a strict no refund policy on all event bookings and related services provided by our suppliers, designers, caterers, co-ordinators, and all involved with the function in question. This includes vouchers – all cancellation fees also apply to vouchers

  • Should you cancel 30 days or more, you will be issued with a voucher to rebook your at a later date.

  • Any changes to your booking should be in writing to info@forestershill.co.za

Privacy Policy

At Foresters, the privacy of our visitors is of extreme importance to us. This privacy policy document outlines the types of personal information is received and collected by Foresters and how it is used.

Log Files

Like many other Websites, Foresters makes use of log files. The information inside the log files includes internet protocol ( IP ) addresses, type of browser, Internet Service Provider ( ISP ), date/time stamp, referring/exit pages, and number of clicks to analyse trends, administer the site, track user’s movement around the site, and gather demographic information. IP addresses, and other such information are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable.

Foresters does use cookies to store information about visitors preferences, record user-specific information on which pages the user access or visit, customize Web page content based on visitors browser type or other information that the visitor sends via their browser.

  • Google, as a third party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on forestershill.co.za’s domain

  • Google’s use of the DART cookie enables it to serve ads to users based on their visit to Foresters  and other sites on the Internet.
